Vinification : prefermentation cold soaking. 50% vinification in tank with punching down and 3-4 weeks post-fermentation maceration. 50% vinification in barrel with punching down and barrel rotation and 5-6 weeks post-fermentation maceration.
Ageing : 12-15 months in 100% new oak barrels
Conservation : 10-15 years
